Potter Tree Consultancy were instructed to provide independent, expert Arboricultural advice on trees along one of the boundaries of the property. This involved a visual tree assessment (VTA) on the trees, that stand within the Colinton Conservation Area.

The results of the VTA were used to support a tree works application on trees within a designated Conservation Area. The majority of the trees were in adequate condition with only minor pruning works required to safely retain the trees.
