Our client was submitting a planning application to construct a new building at the rear of the property. Potter Tree Consultancy was instructed to conduct an initial Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Tree Constraints Plan.
Once the constraints were identified the design was then confirmed by the project Architect and the Tree Protection Plan and Arboricultural Method Statements were produced. These detailed the protection measures required to mitigate any risks posed to the retained trees, allowing the proposed new development to progress.
There was only one tree that required removal, with all other remaining trees being retained and protected prior to construction starting on site.
